I lost my dad on Father’s Day last year, and ever since he died, I have been trying to save his house from going to auction on the court house steps. After a certain point, The bank said they were not going to give me any more extensions, so in my mind, I lost the house, and there is is nothing that I nor anyone else can do….and that’s when I met Colton, and he is buying my dads house. I told him the situation, and his attorneys quickly typed up a purchase agreement and we signed it and sent it back to the bank. The house was no longer scheduled to go auction, his attorneys (which are amazing as well) pretty much handled everything from that point, and we are about to close on the house within the next few weeks. Colton is very professional and he doesn’t play around and he gets the job done! He is just an all around, genuine, good person! I’m so thankful for him and all that he has done for me! Highly recommend him!
